• Ring detect cable required (included with AWH headsets and Savi adapters)

• 24XX and 54XX phones require firmware 4.0 and greater
• 46XX and 56XX phones require 1.8 firmware or greater
• Europe phones Only - Phone software needs to be greater than T150. Only works on Integral 55 switch and not on Integral 5, IP Office and Communications Manager
• Europe phones Only - EHS with Integral 5 PBX rev R3.0 or greater and phone rev T29 or greater, on Integral 55 phone rev T110 or greater
• Europe phones Only - EHS with IP Office switch rev R6 or greater and phone rev R3.0 or greater, on Communications Manager switch rev 5.2.1 or greater and phone rev R3.0 or greater
• If a sidecar is used with a 46XX phone then the EU24 port on the phone is used by the sidecar. An APV 62/6A can be used instead of APV 65/6B
