Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives and is not right, we will make it right! This includes if:

  • Your order was shipped incorrectly.
  • The product doesn’t fit, or
  • You are simply not happy with the product.
  • For unpackaged products, we charge NO restocking fees on the first of multiple duplicate items, meaning you can try one out for 30 days and not worry about restocking fees if you are unhappy with your purchase, because we know that there is a solution that is right for you!
  • Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of their choice.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid, packages shipped COD will be rejected.

Refund Policy

  • Not 100% satisfied? 100% refund Guaranteed!
  • We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method.
  • Returns must be in new, un-used condition with all boxes, equipment, and manuals.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by,  you refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method usually within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card provider, refunds may be delayed an additional 2-10 business days. 
  • For wire transfers or check payments, refunds will be issued 100% to store credit.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning orders back to our warehouse. We highly suggest that you order only one of a particular headset for trail purposes to avoid having to ship large quantities back to us.
  • Ensure that items to be returned are shipped to and not the original manufacturer. See the Contact Us section for shipping details.
  • If you are exchanging one product for another we will be happy to send you the new items with payment before the original order is received. However your refund for the original order will be delayed until the shipment is inspected to meet our return/refund policy.

Used and Damaged Merchandise.

  • Merchandise that has been unsealed is considered used.
  • Boxed merchandise that shows signs of wear (dirt, scratches, sweat etc) or otherwise is in a condition other then it was received cannot be returned.
Packaging / Tags  
  • Please make sure all original packaging, tags, etc are included and intact. If you are missing tags, please Contact Us prior to return.
  • Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags or components, may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 20% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Defects / Warranties

  • Manufacturers offer their own warranty policies. will help you with their warranty; however we do not provide direct warranty on our products.
  • Manufacturer warranty times and policies are dependent upon the individual manufacturer and can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks to resolve the issue. However we can keep you up and running with a new product during this process.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

  • We try and process and ship orders as fast as possible, so if you change your mind, Contact Us as soon as possible so we can change it for you.
  • Orders in transit cannot be recalled and must be shipped back if an exchange is needed.
Damaged Goods:    
  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged.
  • Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer then any of us would like!
